Perfect Cover
Materials and Certifications
The quality and lifespan of every structure begin with selecting the right materials. At Perfect Cover, we work consistently with trusted suppliers and use materials suited to the specific demands of each project.
The selection of the metal frame, corrosion protection, and covering material is tailored to the intended use, local weather conditions, and the desired aesthetic result.
Covering Materials
95% HDPE shade cloth
Made from high-density polyethylene, this shade cloth provides 95% shading, UV protection, and free airflow. It is the ideal choice for parking areas where the primary goal is effective shading and improved thermal comfort beneath the canopy. Available in a variety of colors, as well as a flame-retardant version for projects with special safety requirements.
Waterproof PVC
PVC creates a continuous, waterproof surface that protects against both rain and solar radiation. It is selected for spaces requiring comprehensive, year-round weather protection. Proper installation and precise tensioning of the membrane ensure a clean finish and effective water runoff.
Full-Shade blackout membrane
Blackout material combines the waterproofing properties of PVC with 100% light blockage and enhanced thermal comfort. It protects vehicles from both rain and intense sunlight without allowing any light transmission.
Structural steel frame
The metal frame is manufactured from S235JR structural steel. Materials can be accompanied by an EN 10204 3.1 Inspection Certificate, providing full technical documentation regarding the quality of the steel used. Bolted connections are secured using high-strength Class 8.8 bolts, in accordance with structural requirements and the engineering study.
Hot-Dip galvanization
Upon completion of fabrication, all metal components are sent to a specialized facility for hot-dip galvanization in accordance with EN ISO 1461. This process creates a protective zinc coating that provides long-term corrosion resistance, even in demanding outdoor environments. Our partner galvanizing facility operates under certified ISO 9001:2015 quality management and ISO 14001:2015 environmental management systems.
Powder coating
When a project calls for a specific color scheme or an upgraded aesthetic finish, electrostatic powder coating can be applied over the galvanized steel. This combines the superior corrosion protection of galvanization with your chosen color and an additional protective topcoat.
Manufacturing and processing
Cutting and drilling of all metal components are carried out using precision CNC equipment. Forming, assembly, and welding are completed in-house by our experienced technical staff. Many specialized fittings are custom-fabricated to adapt precisely to the dimensions and specifications of each project.
Certifications and technical documentation
Depending on the materials used and the specific requirements of the project, the following documentation can be provided:
- Steel quality and inspection certificates.
- Hot-dip galvanization certificates in accordance with EN ISO 1461.
- Technical data sheets (TDS) for covering materials.
- Fire-retardancy certifications for flame-retardant material options.
- Technical or structural engineering studies, where required.
